Absolutely stunning blooms for Valentine's Day! The service was top-notch, and the flowers were just perfect. 10 outta 10, no doubt!

I ordered some Valentine's flowers from Flower Box London five days ahead of the big day and even paid extra for postage to ensure they got here by February 14th before 2 PM. Then I got a message from DHL saying they were running late and wouldn’t arrive until the next day (which is today, February 15th). I reached out to Flower Box to express my frustration, and they quickly replied with an apology, promising to look into it. But since then, I've sent two emails and they seem to be ignoring me. I checked the tracking today, and it said delivery would be between 11:15 and 12:00, but here I am at 15:15 with no flowers in sight. The website now says it ‘should’ arrive today??? I get that the courier is in charge of delivery, but Flower Box is just leaving me hanging and not helping at all. Customer relations are key for any business, right? I'm really let down by my first experience with Flower Box, especially since it was a pricey order. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. 😡😡

The order finally showed up at 7 PM, and I got an email from Flower Box just three minutes after it arrived, saying they hoped it would be delivered as per the courier's instructions (what a coincidence, huh? 🤔🤔). They’re clearly trying to wash their hands of any responsibility and weren’t willing to assist with this order. Future customers should definitely be cautious, as the customer service from Flower Box is practically nonexistent.

I got some pink aqua roses and they were absolutely gorgeous! The delivery was fast and right on time for the chosen day, and my wife adored them. I’ll surely be purchasing from this place again.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. The lilies were still closed when they first got here, but they blossomed wonderfully after a couple of days—totally worth the wait!

I placed an order with Flower Box, and it showed up the very next day! I was totally surprised since I thought it would take around 3 to 5 days. I got two different Cactus Terrariums—one in a goldfish bowl and the other in a birdcage. They’re both stunning! I’m really happy with them; they come fully assembled, so you don’t have to mess around putting them together like many others. I highly recommend both the products and the company!

MAKE SURE TO COUNT THOSE BLOOMS WHEN YOU GET A BIG BOUQUET.

I ordered 100 flowers, and they showed up right on schedule. The issue arose when we took them out of the box and arranged them in a vase; we ended up counting and found 11 missing. Even though we got our money back for those 11 flowers, dealing with customer service was a real hassle—something I’ve never experienced in the UK before.

I send floral arrangements from 'the box' to my cousin over in London. I'm based in the US. Each order has been spot on and really valued by both her and me.

Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company! I really wish I had checked out the reviews prior to placing my order. Every bad review I read, I can totally agree with. My flowers showed up a whole day late and were in no shape to be given as a gift. I dropped over £100 on this! The customer service is just terrible; they seem completely uninterested in helping you sort out your problem or figuring out what went wrong. And guess what? No refund was issued.

Such a simple and effective service. I placed my order, and it arrived right on schedule in flawless condition.
